For this project, we were invited to package a roof crane for one of our customers. This crane had to be transported to Dubai. Proper and safe packaging of the crane required several techniques, which is why we chose to package the object on site.
The crane had to be fitted with foil so that it would not be damaged by weather during transport by sea. Customised transport trestles were produced for the crane, with sufficient carrying capacity. Finally, the cargo was secured on a flat rack according to our lashing & securing process.
